PLEASE call in a professional exterminator, or look up a listing for the removal of wasps. They can be very nasty and are always unpredictable, and can cause serious health problems and death in some instances.

I used Wasp and Hornet spray. Wait until after dark and spray into the opening. Give it a really good dose.
Spray some bleachy, soapy water all over your yard.
