Is there anything I can hang up in the yard to attract the bees and kill them?

Depends on what type of bees they are. If they are honey bees or the such, leave them alone. Bees are essential to nature and pollenating. If you are being swarmed by wasps or yellow jackets, I can understand your plight. You can buy a flying insect trap or make one yourself. Instructions are on the link below for a yellow jacket trap that doesn't attract honey bees.Is there anything I can hang up in the yard to attract the bees and kill them?
My dear..do not kill off bees. That would be as ignorant a thing to do as to cut down all your trees so you do not have to rake in the Fall. Pollination is an incredibly sacred right of the bee that we should respect. If you find hives..call a specialist and have them take it away. If a bee is in your home..kill it there for he is invading your private territory and can cause damage to your wood and person. But when you are in his territory..give them a big birth and leave them alone. Is there anything I can hang up in the yard to attract the bees and kill them?
I understand what you are saying, since I am deathly allergic to bees. I don't know what this device is called but you can find it at home and garden sections in stores. It looks like a hummingbird feeder except it is bright yellow. There is something sweet that attracts the bees and they crawl inside except they can get it out. Voila! Bees are killed via starvation. It's cruel, but I am not in the business of dying. I have about five of them all around my tiny yard, which remains bee free.
if you don't have them why do you want to attract them.

I don't think they are harming you in any way.
You can buy a hornet/yellow jacket trap at justabout any store that sells hardware and sometimes the grocery. You do run the risk of attracting them to your property unnecessarily or turning your proerty into a transit area just like having food outside and they start coming around. The goal is to get the queen and prevent her from nesting.
Bee Killer!! Why would you want to ATTRACT them and then KILL them?? Did you know if it wasn't for the bees we would all starve to death without them being able to pollinate all the plants? YEP~we wouldn't be on Yahoo wasting time right now. Think about it~

Now, flies %26amp; mosquitos are a different story!
Killing bees is a very bad idea. Bees are necessary to pollinate plants including the food we eat. There have been several natural threats to bees in recent years which is very serious so if I were you I would not be thinking about killing bees. If you're allergic to them and that's why you want to kill them, there are better ways to manage that.
you are cruel
Live and let live.
