Trying to tan. how do i get the bees to leave me alone?

I'm a little bit bee phobic. I've been trying to sunbathe on my back lawn but the bees are constantly hovering around me. I don't wear perfume, deodorant, hairspray or any scented product. I wear white only. I've been looking for anything that will repel bees away from me, to no avail. Does anyone have any secrets or proven methods to keep the bees away, at least a 2 feet perimeter? thank you!Trying to tan. how do i get the bees to leave me alone?
smoke makes bees more relaxed, thats what i saw on a tv show!Trying to tan. how do i get the bees to leave me alone?
Maybe your shampoo has a flowery scent. They must be getting it from something. they are also drawn to blue and chicken. Do you smell like chicken?

You can hang up a fake wasp nest. They may stay away from that.

Is there a monarda didimus (bee balm) plant nearby? Wisteria? Avoid those areas.
